iOS Upgrade Functionality Issues
Since adding in-app payments in the iOS app, some users who had previously signed up from the web app are not able to upgrade within iOS, and vice versa. We're looking into getting this fixed. In the mean time, please contact Support and we'll help you get your account updated.

Hutch Admin AdminA new update of the iOS app was approved today that should help with this issue moving forward. Due to Apple's policies, if you initially signed up on the iOS app, you must make any changes to your account or billing through the iOS app only (unless you cancel and resubscribe through the browser). Likewise, if you initially signed up using the browser, you should upgrade your account through the browser. We've updated the messaging in the app to make this more clear.
