Sales Section

I would really like a sales section so when I decide animal is for sale, I can move it out of the litter or breeder section. I have a large number of animals/breeders and generally a lot of litters active at once. It would be very nice to be able to move the sale animals to a specific section separate from breeders or litters. Otherwise they are cluttering up the litter section until they sell and if I have decided I am not retaining an animal I don't need it in the breeder section anymore and when you have a lot of animals you aren't considering for pairings its a pain to have them all in the same place.

A market place. A separate section for sales. Sold, pending, and currently for sale rabbits. where other users could go to look at and buy

would be nice to be able to list certain rabbits in the rabbitry as available. Another software I used, I was able to check if rabbit was show rabbit, for sale etc. It would be really nice to be able to click on a tab and see everything I have available. A nice option to be added to this that the other software did not have would be to also add a pending (would go along with deposit option.

For Breeders, we have "Breeder Categories", where you could create a category called "Sold" or "Pending" or "Available" to better organize your rabbits. Then you can filter by that category in the breeder list. If we added Litter Categories in a similar way, would that take care of this need sufficiently?

I like the idea of all the market place options and sales options. I don't have the premium account so going into the financial section would help me. I hope this market place option would be available to all that have the basic plan, as some of us are a small rabbitry starting out and can't afford premium plans. Sometimes us "basic plan" people need a little help in getting to the next level, at which time we might be able to afford a premium plan.

A sales area would be great. Being able to have categories for the rabbits such as breeders for sale. All of that is great. My concern is how many scammers are online. Will there be any way to verify breeders and scammers to prevent fraud or attempted fraud? Or to report fraud? I used to sell on Craigslist. Now I don't get very many if any sales because people don't trust that forum any more because of all the fraud. Thank you. I look forward to participating in your program when it is up and running.

@Lorraine - We'll see what we can do to make the marketplace available to all our users, in some form.
@Denise - Thanks for suggesting this. We'll be looking into fraud prevention and reporting. Some of this could be through requiring buyers to go through a few extra steps before being connected with you. We'll also be able to let you know whether or not the buyer is a paying Everbreed member, which is a good indicator and can help to verify authenticity.
