Clear expired tasks from front display page

At the moment expired tasks take the top spot on the take page. Would be good to have expired tasks moved to the bottom of the list

Expired tasks are tasks that you indicated you wanted to complete and are now overdue, so it's important to keep them at the top to make sure they get done. If you decided the task doesn't need to be completed, then you can either delete it or mark it complete to remove it.
