Move text down a few spaces on cage cards so rabbit names are not covered.

Currently the horizonal 4x6 and 3x5 cage card print in a way that puts the top line, with the rabbit's name, very close to the top of the card. When you put these in the rails on the front of a Jbox feeder, the top rails covers the top line of the card. This results in cage cards were you can't see the rabbit name. A few spaces at the top of the template would make these much more user friendly.
