Ability to add and edit date of sale

A lot of times, I don't update a sold rabbit the day I sell it. This year, I didn't update until the end of the year.

As of right now, it automatically makes the date of sale the day that you enter it, and I haven't noticed an option to change it. This causes slight issues for users like me who want to see their monthly/yearly totals, but may not enter the sale until a later date.

We're able to add breedings, butcherings, litters born, etc, days after we've done the tasks and select the date the tasks were actually completed, so I think having the option to edit the sale date would also be a great feature.
