  I would love if breed chains were entirely customizable to fit each breeders needs

  You can now remove the Weigh task as part of a breed chain. Coming soon, we'll be offering more breed chain customizations, including being able to separate breeder and litter tasks, and actually perform those tasks by clicking the task itself.
