"Notes" section pinned to the sidebar/menu separate from breeder notes

I'd love to have a notes section not attached to specific breeders on the sidebar/menu where I can make little notes to myself (like which tattoo number I left off on for example) or where I can write little reminders to myself that I don't necessarily want in the task list. It's nice for little housekeeping things so I can have it all in one place on the go within the app.
