Allow duplicate ear numbers

Can you PLEASE change it so that duplicate ear numbers are allowed?
I need to be able to add these new breeders in without deleting all the info for the old ones! Flagging it as duplicate is great, but don't make it a hard stop for being able to enter a breeder. these rabbits are registered. their ear tattoo can not change.

Yes... you can give a warning message if you like but you should be able to proceed and add the rabbit anyway if needed -
